ICWORKSHOP allows the program be resold, but you need to click “Allow Resell” while program publishing, see figure below.
•After program be resold, the publisher could not revise the specified user. As the user who received the push message, he/she could not download the program directly, but to purchase, markup and resale to others. The program resale only allowed to process within third level.
•As the acceptor resold the program and the deal be done, the system would release one purchasing order marked with “Finished” to prior publisher automatically and the payment would be charged from the acceptor’s account balance. Details as figure below:

•As the prior publisher took the program off the shelves, all related down-level program publishing would be inactive and marked with “Off-Shelve” automatically.
•After the prior publisher shelved the program again, the down-level program would not be re-active automatically, but allowed to republish it manually.
•Only the “Developer” has access to resale program.
•For program resale, the prior publisher could authorize the acceptor to resale this program, but resale limits could not exceed third level.
•For program resale, the acceptor could not revise or reload program file, but only to revise the program name and description, unit price and next-level receiver.
